Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange conditions applied.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of the day you receive your order, if you are in Jamaica you can send us an email at beautyonthego876@gmail.com outlining the issue you have with your order within these 48 hours. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at beautyonthego876@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging including your proof of purchase, and mail the package to the following address:

Returns are usually processed in about 2 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 5 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Tracking shipment We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return if the value of the item purchased is over USD $50. Please send packages through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. BeautyontheGo is not responsible for the loss of any packages during the return process.
- Item used or altered Items that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund. The item must be returned in its original and resalable condition before the exchange order processing commences. If the item is returned in its original form after a thorough examination, it will be exchanged for an item of equal value.
- Defective or damaged products any defective or damaged products received, please contact customer service at beautyonthego876@gmail.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable If you return an item using a paid method, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping and restocking fees from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return. If the return is the result of a BeautyontheGo error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process your return fully and issue your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. If the standard time frame mentioned above has expired and you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at beautyonthego876@gmail.com.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you feel you have received a defective item. Please contact us immediately to address any discrepancies; however, NO refunds are permitted and credit does not apply to future purchases due to the nature of the products provided by BeautyontheGo.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase only if your order has not been processed or shipped. There will be a 10% rate deducted from your payment total.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Wigs due to the nature of the item, custom wig sales are FINAL. Your custom wig is made according to the detailed specifications submitted; therefore, please ensure your measurements are taken accurately. Please be advised that BeautyontheGo is not responsible for the improper fitting due to incorrect measurements.
- Ponytail and Clip-ins are customs made to order and due to the nature of the item, all sales are FINAL, with no exceptions.
- Ready to Ship Wigs must be returned within 48 hours of the day you receive your order. No exchanges will be permitted after the specified time frame.
- Hair Care Products We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Haircare products must be returned in their original package and unused. Refunds (if applicable) once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
